Project Description : The project includes renovations to the Guard Building and Field Operations Building, the construction of an MSE revetment wall, a new inbound canopy, construction of new AHA and the replacement of the lightning protection system. The improvements consist of renovating the Guard Building to include a latrine and renovating the Field Operations Building with a new latrine addition. Additionally, the project involves the removal of the existing Holding Area (AHA) and the construction of approximately 400,000 SF of new AHA, an MSE revetment wall, an inbound canopy for inspection, the replacement and upgrade of the lightning protection system, and gravel road site improvements.

The scope of work included adding a new platform lift, upgrading the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems, installing new fire protection and alarm systems, upgrading the roofing, and adding a new structural system. Additionally, new building insulation, bulletproof doors, and walls were installed to enhance the security and energy efficiency of the building. Our company was responsible for providing all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to complete this job.

Project Description : The project involves the renovation and upgrading of Building 54 Artifacts Room HAVA System. Our scope of work includes replacing the existing ductwork and mechanical units, upgrading the interior electrical system, installing a new fire sprinkler system and fire alarm, replacing the overhead coiling doors, and installing a 355 KVA backup generator. The project also involves the demolition of old glass walls, the installation of new CMU walls, and the replacement of the acoustical ceilings.
